209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bins of exposed food stored under the sink. Buckets of sweet and sour sauce stored without lids near the wooden chopping block for raw meats. Newspaper was used to line the container with sliced vegetable. Corrective Action(s): Keep food covered and store in a clean area. Newspaper should not come into direct contact with food. Violation Score: 9 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Some surfaces are dirty. Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning needs to be done at least weekly. Ensure walls, floor under the wooden pellet in front of the cooking equipment, racks inside fridge are cleaned. Paint the walls. Violation Score: 9

Paint the walls in the kitchen. Ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned. No obvious signs of pest noted. The pipe under the sinks in the women's washroom continue to leak. Repair leak again.
