Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink at sandwich line blocked by bread storage unit and no paper towel present.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsinks are always accessible & supplied with liquid soap & paper towel. Provide dispenser for paper towel.

3) Water leaking inside prep cooler (temp of unit was okay).
Corrective Action(s): Repair equipment noted above so that it is in good working order.

General Comments:
-General sanitation satisfactory
-Line cooler at 4 deg. C
-Walk in cooler at 3 deg. C
-Soup in soup wells 68 deg. C - 71 deg. C
-Food in hot holding display >60 deg. C
-Single door freezer at -15 deg. C
-High temp dishwasher achieved 72 deg. C at dish surface
-Quats sanitizer present for sanitizing food contact surfaces
-Operator has foodsafe level 1 equivalent
*Ensure bowls/containers on ice at salad bar are fully submerged in ice to product level.

*Section of flooring under booster for steam kettle is worn & requires repair.
