General observations: - Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel - Storage space and the premises observed to be in sanitary condition - Standing and chest freezer for pollen measured to be at -18C or under - Staff observed to be wearing hairnet when handling honey. Staff indicated that gloves are worn when handing out samples and single use dipping sticks to clients Note: 1) Ensure that the bleach sanitizer for food contact surfaces is between 100 to 200ppm (roughly 0.5 teaspoon per 1L of water).
