- Handsinks are accessible and provided with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water. - Foodhandlers wear hairnets, uniforms appear clean. - Walk-In Cooler: 3 deg C - Walk-In Freezer: -21 deg C - Retail Open Display Coolers: ≤4 deg C - Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Storage is organized, food is protected from contamination. - Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm Quats sanitizer. - Proper manual warewashing practices observed. 200 ppm Quats sanitizer used to sanitize food equipment. - Pan Washer: 71 deg C at dish surface (EcoLab thermolabel). Unit temperature is verified daily with a thermolabel by Warehouse Manager. - General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory. Note: Packaging machine that is no longer used has been removed from the bakery area. No concerns noted.
