Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing paper towel dispensers observed at two handsinks in the lower kitchen. Each handsink must have its own paper towel dispenser to facilitate convenient hand drying for staff. Operator placed rolls of paper towel at the handsink.
Corrective Action(s): Seek a permanent solution i.e. installing paper towel dispensers such that the paper towel doesn't become moved or wet from routine activities
