Introduction

A scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance wiht the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All area of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated November 19, 2021 there were 11 children and one staff present in Room 26. At this inspection no contraventions were noted. The LO requested that an updated copy of the Board of Directors is submitted to CCFL after the next society AGM.
