Note: the hall is rented out for both private and public special event functions. The Sullivan Association (owner) does not cook/prepare food from this kitchen for the public. If the kitchen is rented to a facilitator that is providing/making food for the public, they will need to fill out a temporary premises application form for Fraser Health and obtain a temporary permit.

No changes made to hall kitchen
Routine inspection conducted by appointment, kitchen not in use at time of inspection.
2 domestic cooler/freezers: cooler in kitchen at 3 deg C, freezer at -15.1 deg C
-Cooler in back area: 4 deg C, freezer at -14 deg C
-No foods stored inside either unit
-3 compartment sink available on site
-hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels available at handwash station (3 comp sink)
-General sanitation excellent
-Bleach on site available to sanitize
-No signs of pests
