Observation: Noted rodent dropping in shelving ( majority of shelving units in entire facility) on floor, in the back area - even in walk in cooler every where...
Corrective Action(s): -Mice and rat dropping everywhere- clean and sanitize - ensure to follow safety during cleaning of dropping ( wear mask and gloves , spray with bleach)
-Facility has pest control - visit every week.
-Increase the frequency of pest control service

Observation: Gaps noted under doors, under walk in cooler door ( door sweep) , noted a lot of stuff on the floor in the back which contribute to harborage of pests
Corrective Action(s): -Identify all point of entry for pests and seal them .
- Keep everything off of the floor at least 6" to aid cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.

Observation: Poor cleaning noted for back area including inside walk in cooler and freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean the whole back area , walkin cooler and freezer.

Comments

- All refrigerator and freezer temperatures are satisfactory
-No dented/damaged foods found in retail areas
-Quats sanitizer is being used for surfaces
-No expired baby foods/formulae found in retail area (random date checks)

** Recommend to remove and empty all foods ( with soft packaging -thin paper or plastic) form lower shelf in entire facility
All the noted issues to be fully rectified, send an email with action plan to address all noted issues (with time line) to the area inspector no later then June 7-2023
