308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Instant hot water tank delivery system requires servicing. On both inspectins on Oct 27 and oct 3 display unit was flashing was not delivering hot water until unit was turned off and on . Once turned back on it took about 4 minutes before hot water was available at the tap for hand washing. Corrective Action(s): Have technician service the unit to ensure it is operating properly. Provide copy of report for me to review upon follow up inspection Violation Score: 15
