Corrective Action(s): The internal temperature was 19 C, so it was discarded. Do not keep the egg wash out at room temperature, keep it refrigerated. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back hand washing sink was used to store a pot with eggs inside of it during the inspection. Discontinue this practice, hand washing sinks must only be used for washing hands. Do not store anything inside of this sink. Corrective Action(s): Corrected during the inspection. Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. The 3-compartment sink had 100 ppm chlorine available for use as a sanitizer. Sanitizer spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure that one sanitizer spray bottle is also kept in the back. No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection. General sanitation was satisfactory.
