- High temp dishwasher has been repaired and temperature reached >71C at plate's surface. Thermometers have been fixed. - Temperature log has been updated & in use again - Single use containers have been discarded. Purchased reusable containers for sauces. - Sanitizer bottles are properly labelled - Shelves have been cleaned - Staff belonging are no longer stored in the kitchen
