-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Meat cutting area ranged from 3C to 6C.
-Meat display cooler was at 4C.
-Customer display area was at 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizing solution was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
*Temperatures are not currently being checked and recorded daily.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-All equipment cleaned and sanitized after each use.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
