3 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
NSF domestic dishwasher available for use.
Bleach onsite and available for use. Reminder, when in operation to prepare 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution. Dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Domestic freezer at -12 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 degrees C.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
FOODSAFE level 1 requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted in kitchen.

Premise still operating with limited menu. Contact your area environmental health officer if/when adding new menu items.
