Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection reports# KLAI-CD9RSB and KLAI-CDANAB Area above the walk-in cooler, fan unit and light fixture above the clean side of the dishwashing area noted in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection. Wall noted by the dishwashing area were repaired with a surface that is smooth and easily cleanable. No mold buildup noted. Faucet of the cook line handwashing sink were repaired - no leaking observed at the time of inspection. Outstanding issue to be fixed by the next routine inspection: Screen to be installed at the door leading to the kitchen to prevent pests from entering the building. As per chef, screen has been ordered for door. To be installed soon. No further follow-up required at this time.
