Walk in cooler: 3 C Walk in freezer: -19 C -Temp logs recorded daily -General sanitation satisfactory *No signs of pest activity noted during inspection. Most pallets were stored away from perimeter walls ***Pest control on-site monthly. Reviewed Orkin pest control reports Sept-Dec 2017, Jan-Feb 2018. All reports had minimal interior activity noted and high exterior activity. All reports recommended keeping pallets at least 18 inch away from walls for easier pest monitoring and trap servicing ( some traps could not be serviced due to obstructions). Follow all other recommendations by pest technician (sealing gaps around doors and keeping bay doors closed when not in use).
