301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: A large amout of sesame seeds observed on two stacks of pan used for baking. Staff stated the seeds were brushed off but the pans were never cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned pans. Pans are considered food contact surfaces and must be cleaned and sanitized after use. Correct by: immediately.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Single use paper towels not available at two hand washing stations in the bakery section.
2. Bread slicer was set up in front of the hand washing station near the display case. The bread slicer was obstructing the access to the hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Obtain single use paper towels for aforementioned hand washing station. Hand washing stations must be supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels at all times. Corrected during inspection.
2. Relocate the bread slicer to a different area away from the hand washing station. Hand washing stations must be free of obstruction at all times.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Display and walk-in freezers were functional.
- Food were covered and stored off the floor.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles and from the dispenser.
- Pan washer registered 185F during the final rinse cycle.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
