*Ensure to wipe the meat cutting bandsaw blade with sanitizer every 2hrs or more often. Bandsaw must also be disassembled for deep cleaning and sanitizing on a daily basis.
*Ensure to clean and sanitize all other meat equipment (grinders, slicers, etc.) under the same cleaning schedule.
*All meat equipment must also be cleaned and sanitized when processing different types of meats (ie. when switching from pork to beef, etc.)
