Observation: *REPEAT* (Since Feb 2023) Plastic scoop (with handle) observed to be stored in ingredient bin (flour). This may lead to contamination of ingredient if:
1. scoop handle falls into the ingredient, or
2. staff contaminates ingredient while reaching to pick up the scoop (e.g. contaminated hand directly touching ingredient)
Corrective Action(s): Scoop should be stored outside in a container that can be washed and sanitized. Storing a scoop outside of ingredient container also promotes washing and sanitizing of the scoop.
