-Brewing/bottling area maintained in a sanitary condition
-Handsink in production area and staff washroom supplied with hot + cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C
-Peracetic acid solution used to sanitize brewing equipment.
-Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures with Brewery Manager. As per previous report, provide sanitation procedures which specifies cleaners and sanitizers used and their mixing instructions/concentrations.
-Chemicals are stored in shelving area away from bottling/brewing tanks.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
