Overall sanitation satisfactory Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at the sink 500 Gal water reservoir is an enclosed system, automated Two 0.5 micron filters and UV disinfection system in place Membrane filters are removed and discarded when indicated by the system. 35% Hydrogen Peroxide used to disinfect the reservoir every 6 months to a year 70% isopropyl alcohol used to clean the exterior of water jugs 3% hydrogen peroxide and ozone used to disinfect the inside of the jugs. Filters and media changed regularly.
