Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar handsink does not have hot water available. Operator indicates the hot water has been turned off due to the connected ice machine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buckets of soaking mushrooms, potato noodle stored on the floor uncovered, under the sinks next to cleaning chemicals.

NOTE: worker indicates he has been soaking the mushrooms and potato noodle for about 30 minutes then will strain and transfer to the fridge -OK
