Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Third compartment sink was filled with 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the bucket with a wiping cloth.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Upright glass door cooler in the kitchen area was at 2.4 degrees C and it was equipped with a thermometer.
Glass door coolers in the front service area were at -1.1 and 0.9 degrees C respectively and were equipped with thermometers.
Three chest freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-holding unit and steam tables were preheated to above 60 degrees C. Food preparation was still occurring at the time of inspection.
A previously cooked meat item was at or below 4 degrees C in the cooler.
Temperature records were being maintained.
A probe thermometer was available.
Manager had FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 18, 2023.
