Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed chopped lettuce and bell peppers stored in the preparation cooler next to the cashier area at 10.7C air ambient temperature. Operator informed that it was put on the line 1 hour ago and that the turn over is around 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Move the aforementioned food items to a working cooler able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Do not store potentially hazardous foods in the preparation cooler next to the cashier until it is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink and preparation sink available. QUATs test strips available. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm.
Prep cooler across the front hand sink, beverage cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -19C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained.
Operator informed that in-use utensils are washed and sanitized every 2-3 hours.
Vegetable dicer/slicer and fountain drink station in sanitary condition. Meat slicer observed to be in use at the time of inspection.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
