Routine inspection conducted at the main kitchen of "Maharaja Sweets & Restaurant" -All coolers are at or below 4C. Including walk-in cooler, prep-coolers, and display coolers -All freezer units are below -18C -Large high temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level -Small low temperature chlorine dishwasher achieves 100ppm at plate level -Sanitizer available. QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 200ppm. Chlorine solution in bucket available. -Fume hoods were observed to be clean -No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection -Dry storage area is satisfactory. Ensure all items are stored above the ground Note: Ensure freezer is kept organized to allow for easy cleaning Note: Ensure fans in walk-in cooler are cleaned frequently to avoid dust build-up No signature required due to COVID-19
