Handsink in the back is accessible, pots and utensils have been relocated.
Cleaning around chest freezer is done, sealing in noted areas pointed by Pest Control Company has been completed.
Please forward service report to Health Unit for review. Continue to monitor pest activity.
Food in the hot holding units were over 60C. Reviewed safe food temperatures again with operator. Reminders of safe food temperatures are posted on the wall inside the kitchen.
