Holding units: bar cooler 1.2 C, prep cooler 3 C, fridge 2.1 C, freezer at -21.6 C, back 2 fridgers at 3.0 C and top unit at -18.9 C and -17.6 C.
Rice cookers not in use at time of inspection.
Temperature monitoring units in use with each holding unit.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Received cheque for permit fee Feb to March 2020.
