Observation: Minor amount of mouse droppings observed in the following hard-to-reach areas:
-behind the soft ice cream dispenser
-dry storage behind water heater
-floor area near the drive-thru window
-under the POS counters behind the cabinets and at the back of the lower shelves

Did not observe any contaminated/adulterated food

Possible entry point noted at the wires through the POS counters below

Reviewed the last Pest Control report from Orkin for late July -no activity was noted
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect any areas where mouse droppings area observed. Check each morning (using a flashlight) for any new mouse droppings observed especially in the above noted areas will indicate an active infestation

Place any foods in soft packaging (soft plastic, paper, nylon) that are left overnight in rodent proof containers -such as the buns in dry storage room, the pre-wrapped tin foil potatos outside next to the Walk-in cooler

Update your pest control services for any droppings/mice observed on the facility
