*Oasis 146 (quats) dispenser not in use at this time. Instead, facility has started using Oxygenic 7.23% Hydrogen peroxide as food contact surface sanitizer. Manufacturing instructions states to dilute 1:60 ratio. Please ensure test strips are available to ensure 1100 ppm available for proper sanitizing.* Food contact surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes for effective sanitizing, after which surfaces must be rinsed off. It is strongly recommended to use a No rinse sanitizer such as "100 ppm chlorine bleach-1 oz bleach per gallon of water" or "200 ppm quats solution" *Ensure all cleaners and sanitizer bottles are labelled correctly. - Walk in refrigerator <4C or lower. - Walk in freezer <-18C or lower. - Upright refrigerator <4C or lower. - Sliding door refrigerator <4C or lower. - Dishwasher final rinse: 79.2C at plate surface. - Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towel dispenser. - Temp logs are up to date. - General sanitation is very good.
