Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Meatslicer contains visible food debris near the blade. Meatslicer is only taken apart once per month to clean as per operator
- Disassemble meat slicer, wash & sanitize all parts with minimum 100 ppm chlorine every 4hrs when in use.
- Food debris left on the meatslicer can support the growth of pathogenic bacteria (e.g listeria) and can be transferred to meats when sliced

- non potable water from accidential leakage of sink can contaminate uncovered food
