Observation: Ice machine observed to have ice water bath inside the machine with scoop inside.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the ice water bath from the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the ice machine and ice scoop. Service the ice machine to ensure that ice does not melt inside the machine. Ensure ice scoop is not inside the ice machine. Ice machine must not be turned off. If ice machine is turned off, ice must be cleared. Corrected by: Novemeber 15, 2022.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle at the kitchen area measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink with high-temperature dishwasher available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73.7C final rinse temperature. 1 preparation sink available.
Prep coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
Ice cream scoop observed to be in dipper well.

Upstairs observed to be office space. No food observed to be stored upstairs.
