- All handsinks (front, kitchen, washroom) are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single use paper towel. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Chest freezer at -13C. - High temperature dishwasher measured 71C or above during the final rinse. - Ecolab Smart Power sanitizer available in spray bottle. Solution measured at 700ppm DDBSA and 1875ppm Lactic Acid. *Ensure to clean the inside of the dispenser tube as there are some debris build up observed. ***Repair the dispenser as the dispensed solution does not read any detectable sanitizer. - Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scooper stored outside in a designated container.
