Observation: Rodent droppings and chewed up food packages observed in dry storage area. Some droppings seen behind the shelves near the bay door. Dead mouse seen in the nook underneath the stairs.
Corrective Action(s): Remove dead mouse and rodent droppings. Discard contaminated food. Sanitize all contaminated surfaces. Place all food in pest proof containers. Consult pest control company. Correct immediately.
