- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (double door, domestic) at < or = 4C
- Freezer (domestic) at < or = -18C. Freezer in the dry storage area is non-functioning and will be replaced soon.
- High temperature dishwasher is in use. Final rinse temperature reached 76.8C (Minimum 71C) at the plate level.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles
- Food is stored off the ground and sealed
