Observation: Exposed walls near the back of the kitchen have been patched with pvc plastic panels. Crevices and gaps have not been adequately patched. Pictures taken at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): The pvc plastic panels are not adequate to be used as back splashes at the sinks. The walls must be smooth, non absorbent, durable, easily cleanable, and there must not be any evidence of degradation. Replace the pvc plastic panels with materials that meet the requirement above (ie tile, stainless steel). All cracks and crevices must be patched and sealed.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BJRVC8:

- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles and designated bin at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Food items are mostly stored covered with plastic wraps inside coolers. Prepared foods are not stored directly on the floor, oil in not stored uncovered at the of the inspection.
- General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been cleaned:
- on floors throughout the kitchen
- underneath the sinks
- around the prep station
- dry storage are has been cleaned and well organized.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
- Broken sinks and dishwasher are now removed from the kitchen.
