-Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed - Handsink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. NOTE: Paper towel dispenser is not stocked but paper towel available. Store paper towel stack near the handsink to ensure that it is readily available - All coolers are less than 4C - Freezers in storage room and front area are less than -18C - Bleach solution available in spray bottle - Food storage practices are satisfactory - General sanitation is satisfactory - NO evidence of pest activity is noted
