Observation: 1. Long-standing debris and dried syrup observed on the floor under equipment in the bar area.
2. Build-up of grease observed on wheels of deep fryer in kitchen area.
3. Damaged tiles observed in kitchen area and in walk-in cooler. Loose and damaged tiles were also noted in current pest control recommendations.
Corrective Action(s): (1,2). Clean/remove long-standing debris and grease to prevent the attraction of pests.
3. Address the recommendations indicated on the most recent pest control report by repairing/replacing damaged tiles and sealing holes any holes in the premises to prevent the harboring and entrance of pests and to make surfaces easy to clean.
