Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap in the washroom soap dispenser. No hot water as there is a leak in the system and the valve is shut off below the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Soap dispenser has been refilled. Provide hot water for handwashing. In the meantime, staff should continue to use the customer washroom.

Observation: Sauce on top of the stove and mash potatoe mixture inside the hot holding unit were not hot. Must be 60C or 140F and above to be safe.
Correction: Keep food hot and check with thermometer.

Hours of operation has expanded. Currently it is 11:30am- 4am.
Keep a copy of the staff's foodsafe certificate onsite. If taken before July 29, 2013, recertification is needed as soon as possible. Information left onsite.
General sanitation is satisfactory. Walk-in fridge is clean and tidy. More thorough cleaning is needed under the cooking equipment in the kitchen. Remove food debris from dirty dishes before closing at night.
