Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION: Following food items observed to be kept in room temperature:
- 4 tubs of noodles at 21C (prepared more than 4 hours ago)
- Bean sprouts at 18C (prepared 30 min)
- Cut vegetables 17C (prepared 1 hour ago)
Corrective Action(s): Operator voluntarily discarded noodles at the time of inspection. Bean sprouts and vegetables were relocated into the walk in cooler.
