Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both steamer wands of the espresso machine were being soaked in small cups of water. The water in the first cup as well as the wand were slimy!
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, remove the parts and wash them separately using bleach/water solution to sanitize them in the end. DO NOT leave wands soaking in water especially when the concession isn't in operation daily.

THE BLACK CURTAINS INSIDE THE COOLER ARE DIRTY. WASH THESE AND/OR REPLACE WITH ONES THAT CAN BE WIPED DOWN. ALSO, AT LEAST ONE STAFF ON DUTY MUST BE FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 CERTIFIED.
