Note: a container of chicken meat for kebabs was stored on the counter at time of inspection. Staff were in the process of preparing kebabs. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are not kept in ambient temperature for more than 2 HOURS. Monitor temperature and time when actively prepping food.
