Observation: Surface sanitizer - unavailable. (Note: Bleach is available on site at the time of inspection.)
Note: A spray container labeled as a sanitizer but a different chemical in it.
Correction: Immediately. Premix Bleach - surface sanitizer must be available as 100 ppm of Bleach solution.

Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation: The kitchen handwashing station was obstructed at the time of inspection by a deep-fryer cover (the cover stored on the top of the sink).
Hot water unavailable at the front handwashing station (Note: Cold water is available/and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel).
Correction: Immediately. All handwashing station must be available all the time. Do not block/obstruct handwashing station.
Today. Hot water must be available at the front handwashing station. (Repair the hot water knob).

Deep cleaning has been done.
Surface spray sanitizer - available and properly labeled.
A knob for hot water at the kitchen hand sink repaired.
Two-door storage cooler - excellent.
All handwashing station - satisfactory.

Recommendation:
- Conduct visual inspections throughout the store
- Notify the pest control provider about pests activity /continue the service/
- Keep the store aisles in sanitary conditions
