Observation: Facility did not have a probe thermometer on site to make sure critical limits are met for cooking meats.
Correction: Ensure to obtain a probe thermometer and use it to check the interal temperature of food. Chicken kabob must be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 74'C. [CORRECT BY: TOMORROW]

Observation: Ice machine requires manual cleaning as discussed at this time.
Correction: Ensure to empty out the machine, scrub clean and sanitize the machine before producing more ice. [CORRECT BY: Friday, Aug 11th, 2023]

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Kitchen has two sinks available for use - one prep and 3 comp. Both sinks are being used for prep purposes and neither of them were equipped for handwashing.
Correction: Ensure to have liquid soap and paper towels available at one of the prep sinks available in kitchen. This sink MUST be used for handwashing purposes only as agreed at this time.
