Comments

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (display, undercounter, domestic) are ≤ 4°C
- Freezers (chest, domestic) are ≤ -18°C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 78.2°C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available

* Noted a number of fruit flies around Janitorial sink in dry storage room :
1-clean all sinks pour diluted bleach
2- do not leave dirty cloths around
3- monitor and consult with pest control professional if numbers are growing

* Preparation room- a better organization is required- more shelvings
* Proper space is required beside two comp sink for dishware
* Ensure to keep a log sheet to record monitoring data (temp for coolers/freezers twice daily / temp of dishwasher once daily/ sanitizer concentration once daily)- you may send a request via email to the area inspector for a sample log sheet : fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca

* Keep all wiping rags in a bucket of sanitizer when not in use.
