General Comments: Walk-in cooler temperature is 4 degC; upright cooler in the dining hall is at 4 degC; chest freezer's at -20 degC; Eli brand 2-door cooler (downstairs) is at -18 degC Soup and rice was being held above 60 degC Dishwasher rinse temperature was 77 degC at plate level Handsink was fully equipped Washrooms were fully equipped 200ppm Quats was available for sanitizing Cooler and hotholding temperatures are being recorded except as noted above. Manager on duty had FS level 1 certification (Expiry is March 30, 2024). REMINDER TO RENEW PRIOR TO EXPIRY DATE. Hrs of operation are M-F 9:30am-2:30pm Except for the manager and chef, all staff are volunteers THE EXHAUST HOOD IS OVERDUE FOR SERVICING. GET THIS ADDRESSED. *report reviewed, not signed*
