Observation: Addition of excessive number of coolers, freezers and dry storage items piled in isles and the back processing area. These additions are not as per plans submitted to the health office.
There is no space for sanitary processing.
There is no access for inspection and cleaning for a number of isles and areas in the facility.
Children are accessing the coolers and area for processing.
Corrective Action(s): Remove coolers and freezers not a part of original plans.
Ensure there is space for cleaning, sanitary food handling and processing.

-None of these items are labelled with product information, contents, etc.
-Please provide receipts for food items. Ensure items are appropriately labelled for sale.
-Food is stored in covered containers

-2 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with bleach
-Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
-Condition of equipment and surfaces - items including food and food equipment are stacked on every surface.
