*Follow-up to inspection conducted on March 7, 2019 (Report MLOO-BA2TE6) - Dairy cooler is at < or = 4C - Ensure temperature logs are being maintained regularly. Some of the PM entries are missing. - Ice machine has been cleaned. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to prevent accumulation of debris and mould.
