Follow-up Inspection conducted today.

-Inform Operator that updated floor plan has not been submitted. Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan have not been submitted for meat processing and re-packing of dry goods. All aforementioned plans have been pending for 5 months. Items not related to the normal operation of the premises must be not stored within the premises.

-Facility is only permitted as a Food Store. Food Safety Plan, Sanitation Plan, and updated Floorplan are required to be permitted as a Food Processor.
