Routine inspection conducted:
-handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Coolers at 4 deg C or less (walk in cooler, beverage counter cooler)
-Chest freezer at -18 deg C
-Limited menu as there is very limited prep space
-Glasswasher achieved 12.5 ppm iodine residual
-high temperature dishwasher achieved 74.4 deg C after rinse cycle at dish level (minimum 71 deg C required)
-Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm quats, measured at dispenser
-Permit with valid decal present, ensure to post in front area for public to see
