-Follow-up inspection to September 23, 2019 (morning). Facility was issued a Public Health Act Closure Order regarding pest infestation. -Food items affected by rodent droppings were discarded. -Majority of areas affected with rodent droppings was cleaned and affected areas sanitized. Ensure remaining areas are cleaned and sanitized. -General cleaning of facility has been carried out. -Professional pest control services has been contacted and will be on-site today. Facility will be serviced by professional pest control services on a weekly basis. Reports are to be left on-site for review. -Operator will purchase a door sweep to prevent potential pest entry. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order have been met. Closure Order has been rescinded and facility may resume services. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
