Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-AZNUP8. Violations noted on previous inspection have been corrected.
-Handsink supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Paper towel and soap dispensers mounted to wall by handsink
-Staff labelled sinks for manual dishwashing and was able to explain proper manual dishwashing process.
-Meat and cheese slicers cleaned every 4 hours or more often if possible
-Sanitizer bottles labelled
-All temp logs have corrective actions and instructions for staff if temps are outside acceptable levels. All coolers are displaying temperatures in Celsius as per temp logs guide.
